What is the universe knows gift card?
the universe knows gift card works like a credit and can be applied to any the universe knows purchases up to the amount of the gift card value, including all merchandise, shipping charges, taxes or other special services.
- how do I redeem my the universe knows gift card?
you will need the 16-digit gift card number and 6 digit scratch off PIN number that is on the back of the gift card.
when you receive your gift card, scratch off the PIN to see your number. enter the gift card number and PIN in the appropriate fields when you check out.
- what are the current gift card denominations available for our gift cards?
the universe knows gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200.
- can more than one method of payment be applied toward a purchase?
yes. any combination of the universe knows gift cards and/or credit card may be applied toward your purchase.
- where can I use the universe knows gift card?
our gift cards are only available for online purchases.
- how long does it take to deliver a gift card?
gift cards are sent via USPS generally within 2-3 business days of your order. please allow 5-9 business days for delivery.
shipping charges are free with purchases consisting exclusively of gift cards. need your gift card to arrive sooner than later? You can upgrade your shipping option to Fed-Ex economy for a fee. please call us at 516-586-4572 for a quote.
- how can I check the balance on my gift card?
you can check your balance online any time at www.theuniverseknows.com. just look for the check gift card balance link on our homepage and gift card page.
- do "the universe knows" gift cards expire?
as long as there is value remaining on the gift card, it will not expire. you can spend it anytime. We do not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.
- how do I return merchandise purchased with a gift card?
the same way you return all other the universe knows merchandise. if you ask for a refund on an item, we will issue a new gift card for the amount of the refund.
- what if my card is lost or stolen?
unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
- can I add to the balance remaining on my gift card?
not at this time.
- when is my gift card activated?
your gift card is activated once you enter your 16-digit Gift card number and 6 digit scratch off PIN number. you can start shopping immediately!
